1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SA Visuals (SAV). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. ABOUT SA VISUALS
SA Visuals provides professional video editing, creative direction, and visual content production designed for modern ecommerce brands. We specialize in producing high-quality imagery and short-form video creative built for speed, consistency, and platform performance.
3. SERVICES & DELIVERABLES
Services are provided based on the specific production packages or tailored quotes agreed upon by both parties. Deliverables include final video files, imagery, or motion assets as defined in the scope of work. Timeline for delivery will be estimated at the start of each project.
4. PAYMENTS & FEES
Project fees are calculated based on the selected package or custom production requirements. A deposit is typically required before work commences. Final payment must be settled before high-resolution final assets are released. All invoices are to be paid within 5 working days from date of issue. Usage rights for paid advertising may incur additional fees if not included in the primary package.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon receipt of full payment, SA Visuals grants the client owner rights for the final delivered assets for organic website and social media usage. SA Visuals reserves the right to use any work created for its own portfolio, promotional materials, and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement is specifically requested and signed.
6. REVISIONS & FEEDBACK
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within a clear timeframe after deliverable presentation. Major changes to the project scope after direction has been defined and production started may be treated as a new project or additional production fee.
